Hassle-Free Cancellation/Return Policy

Receive a refund for any reason, if you return a product within 1 days of your delivery date that is still in brand new condition with the original packaging and with all items delivered with the product. If you receive any damaged product, return it for a full refund of the item purchase price, full credit, or exchange as well.


Missing/Damaged Fee

For products returned with the following conditions below, 15% product missing/damaged fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
1 - Wear and tear on the product like small scratches and dents
2 - Damage to the original manufacturing box or accessories
3 - Missing box items like an owner’s manual or software/ driver CD’s, etc.
4 - Damage or dents incurred during the return shipping process
5 - Tampered / Missing barcode from the product


Terms & Conditions for Return Process


For receiving a full refund you have to return the product within 6 days of your delivery date, but make sure the product is in original packaging with brand new condition and all the accessories delivered with the product, as well as all components including owner manual and warranty card and show no marks of wear or abuse.

Kindly pack the product properly, because it was delivered to you, therefore, keep it safe from damage or dents during the return shipment process. Unless return will either be refused or 15% product missing or damaged fee will be deducted. Refunds are given for product price only, excluding handling and shipping charges.

Please do not accept any packages which are tampered or damaged. In such a situation, please return the product to the courier delivery person. Inform us of any damaged product, a wrong delivered product within 24 hours from their delivery.

Internal earphones, earplugs, traditional and ethnic wind instruments Harmonicas, flutes, saxophones, etc. (Due to hygiene Reason)

Refund Process

The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our store at Lucknow.
The refund amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within five business days of the receipt of the returned shipment at our store.
